if you're looking for a meter/clock which tells you the speed aka speed-o-meter mod, you can easily google it as there are like thousands of mods for it....

Okay so, here's the story:
Me and Geri are both complete retards and wanna-be LEOs so we talk like "Suspect at 11 o-clock, over"
11 o-clock is the direction, and he wants that on his map.
Not the speed-o-meter.
