Importance of suggestion: 7/10 (Shows how much it would mean to server/players) How about having spots where you can plant a bomb as a con artist for example,then there's a time of lets say,120 seconds and the server autobot announces that a bomb has been planted.The diffuse squad has to get their in time to diffuse it.If it explodes,the criminals get the money (lets say,$100,000 per explosion - the admins can decide how much,this is just an example.You can do this with a group too(trusted players so they share the cash if done as a team). The diffuse squad get $100,000 if they diffuse it in time. /plantbomb or /plantb or /diffuseb can be used as commands. Admins may decide the time for the explosion as well.120 seconds is just an example. To diffuse,we can use the diffuse kit with a screwdriver(don't know how its really done to be honest) xD

Importance of suggestion: 5/10 (Shows how much it would mean to server/players) Criminals can break into cars and steal items such as razors,screw drivers,cuff picks,etc(law enforcement vehicles) and maybe a bit of cash $2000-$15000

In regards to the bomb idea, I like it. However, you seem to have put little/no effort into what a BDS is. Of course, many people don't know what exactly a BDS is either.

A BDS (Bomb Disposal Squad) works from either one of three entities: Military (although often strictly for military uses), Police (often called a 'bomb squad) or a fire department with specialized services. For example here. In the city I live, the police and fire department are jointed in this task. If a bomb was ever thought to be planted, the fire department would send Hazmat 1 and Squad 20 (as well as the nearest available 3 engine companies, 2 ladder companies, a rescue, and 3 ambulances + MCI 1) and the police would send the SWAT unit, HRTT 1, and the sheriff would dispatch its anti-terror unit. That's quite alot, but given the situation, it's better to over react and waste resources than to send a single fatass in a pick up to look at it go 'ehh, I'll kick it and see what happens'.

I did propose a fire/rescue service a while back ( viewtopic.php?f=620&t=102289 ) and this would be a good task for them. In addition, the LSPD could also be given the task, but the issue there is the LSPD currently is filled with cafe users who aren't bright enough to fucking understand that shooting a civilian who isn't wanted is a good way to get quized/jailed. For something this complex, time sensitive, and so one, you'd want a team with dedicated people who know how to actually accomplish something outside cuff abuse.

Still, if the staff are willing to put in the work, I'd support the idea.

As for breaking into cars, sure why not. Seems like a good way to annoy the cops.

The purpose that you have described for criminal/terrorist bomb doesn't makes it interesting for Samp. If the purpose of that bomb gets better than it can be a good addition to the server.

This would be too op for the criminals, as it could be used when there are not a lot of cops on, also there is no purpose on it, as it requires no skill or effort whatsoever to do from the criminal side.
SA-MP is not CS:GO therefor this suggestion can't be implemented.
About the second suggestion, it simply brings free items and a wanted level, not needed.
