Reason: Hello, I came here again after my denied one month, I'm trying to join blackouts since 2018, and I still didn't get my chance, I'm requesting to be one of the blackouts and be in a good position, blackouts is great group and one from most old group on lsrcr, I have no reasons to say I said everything in my first application, I hope to get a chance and be one of you, I promise you i'll not below it and i'll be nice one and you will not see any bad from me, thanks.
