Maybe it's already here but i recently found a retexture of the GTA V HUD. The Map looks more like the GTA V one and the Health and Armour bars are coloured to the original ones of San Andreas.

1 thing I hate about GTA V huds is you can't tell how much cash you are currently (unless your cash decreases or increases somehow) carrying other than that, nice hud.
