Los Santos Roleplay Cops and Robbers (or Ls-rcr) collects your data in various different ways. This includes data collected automatically, such as your IP address, and data you submit to our servers, for instance during registration process.
Every time you use any of our services, your IP address, user agent or any similar piece of information may be logged for statistical or security reasons. This includes both the website and SA-MP server.
Instant messaging on our website and in-game is logged in our database. Access to this information is restricted to the sender, receiver and a limited array of Ls-rcr staff. The conversations can be accessed any time by either of the parties (i.e. sender or receiver) of the conversations. All online administators (level 4 or higher) are able to see messages sent on the SA-MP server in real time if they desire to do so. Access to the archieved private messages is restricted senior administrators, and the data is accessed only if there is a strong reason to believe that the rules of Ls-rcr have been violated.
Any data submitted on the forum is stored in our databases. The data can be viewed, edited or deleted by any of the board moderators or administrators depending on their level of access. Further information about your rights on the forum can be found at the terms of service of the forum.
Please note that this privacy policy does not apply to other services than ls-rcr.com website and SA-MP server. Minecraft and TeamFortress 2 are under Ls-rcr name and are part of the gaming community, but these services are provided by third parties. Please consult with the administrators of these services if you have any questions regarding their services' privacy policies.
We value highly your personal information, and do our best to avoid any data exposures. Any sensitive data, such as passwords, is encrypted or hashed with appropriate and secure methods in order to keep them secret even in case of the data being exposed by an attacker.
Your personal information is never given or sold to a third party.
