Reason: Putting private pictures in public / in his signature.

Anything else: My reason explain everything, all I can say I wanna drastic punishment for Grand this time. This gone too far. Posting someone IRL picture in his own signature is mental health issue, I don't wanna be rude but it is.

One of reasons why this guy deserve drastic punishment is:

-Playing Lsrcr 5 hours almost every day (mature player)
-Recently got ban for 5days
-Got ban for insulting one of staff members (Cyrex I think, ban for 3 days)
-Recently lost his tag
-Almost every month staff members are dealing with him and players who are reporting him
-Blacklisted in SWAT
-Blacklisted in Army
-Before Luka took his tag, he got couple of verbal warnings
-His past before 2 years isn't great at all, (kicked from swat couple of times and army as well)

This is totally unacceptable from mature player and I'm expecting to see serious punishment for doing this.
