Anything else: This user bothered me for THIRTY minutes DMing from a car, following me around to rob and rape, and caused me quite a lot of pain and aggravation. He destroyed my bike 4 times, and killed me 11 times. I reported him 4 times, but [Lsrcr]Fantstic, the online admin, was busy AFKing in San Fierro. I contacted staff on discord, but [Lsrcr]Immortal didn't feel like coming in game and handling him, instead just told me to 'record and report' because he was too lazy to do his job. Here is an itemized list of expenses from his users rulebreaking.

As the user has 3000+ score, enough for the [Lsrcr] tag, he clearly knows this is NOT allowed. And at a cost to me of $12,700, That is alot of money in the new economy. I didn't even total in the amount he robbed. Do the staff plan on doing anything besides 'talk' to the user? Doubtful. Do the staff plan on compensating me my $12,700? Absolutely not. You don't care enough about your players to do anything besides talk and hope they understand. You certainly won't give him a real punishment or reimburse me, but hey, at least I reported him because I'm better at keeping tabs on the users than the staff is.

Fantastic could not have dealt with your report as he does not have the executive power to do so. He would've forward you here, to the report section.

You're calling me lazy? That's extremely rude from you. You cannot expect a Staff member to be online at the time you require him to be online, considering this is not our real job and the work we do here is purely voluntary, on our time expense. We do it for you - the community and its members. The #support area on Discord is misused a lot, an example is this case. There is zero point in coming online when simple rulebreaks such as these can be reported and handled on the forums instead, which don't require immediate assistance.

Let's move to the actual report. In the first video the user can be seen deathmatching therefore an official warning will be issued to his account for deathmatching and he will be harshly spoken to when seen in-game about it.

Second video; I cannot see him scoreboosting at all. It would be considered as scoreboosting if you're AFK and he keeps robbing/raping you. There is a difference between stalking and bitching. For stalking you can place hit contracts. Bitching is considered when people disrupt your gameplay and make it hard for you to play, which I cannot see that here. He was just trying to rob/rape you which is part of the gameplay. No action will be taken regarding those offences.
