1. The screenshots Dollarman provided on the first report is more than 3 weeks old. Therefore it won't be considered and it seems like a report hunt attempt from him. Dollarman, take this as a verbal warning, it should not happen again. The screen shot was taken on 06-July-2020. I was told by an Assistant senior admin that you can report a player even if your proofs are old enough. There is no time to it and there isn't any rule which says you can't report someone based on old proofs. Old as in at least 1 or 2 months old. You might need to talk to a senior admin before giving me a verbal warning for it. It wasn't a report hunt, I wanted to report him all in one.
2. Eslam has defended himself well on the Death-matching part. There's a chance that he was afk already and you have attempted to quiz him to gather proofs. If that's not the case, upload additional proof that shows he wasn't afk at that moment. I'll leave the report opened for 24 hours to do that.Oh yeah has he? I don't understand one thing when I get reported by someone I have to provide proof in order to justify my defense whereas when I report someone they can prove their justification with a theory? Why aren't they asked to provide proof for their justification? No, I don't have the full screen shot because I didn't know he will come up with something like this.
3. What Eslam did in this scenario is wrong and is a rulebreak. Therefore, an official warning will be added to his account for /fall abuse. Thanks, at least I don't have to explain in this case.
4. As for the cuff abuse part, we don't know if you were a hostile player and in that case you can be left cuffed. However, eslam's defense on this report is not fully understandable. I would like him to reply why was Dollarman left cuffed in both scenarios.I wasn't a hostile. He said that "There were other wanted members of Terrorists that he wanted to arrest and I was the one not letting him do that by punching him". In the Terrorists bases you can see in the minmap there are no wanteds inside and lets say for a sec that there were, why was eslam not moving from 13:29 to 13:34? If there was to be a suspect there then he wouldn't be just standing there. He would have gone for the arrest.

It wasn't a report hunt, I wanted to report him all in one.It still doesn't answer the question why are you reporting him after 3 weeks? If you really had to report him, you would have done it on the same day itself. You just dug it out to make this a mega report which is clearly an attempt of report hunt. Moreover, Eslam didn't accuse you but 'Gembus' and he should be the one filing a report for accusation. From what I can see, he hasn't created one yet. Therefore, I'll considered this invalid and dismiss it.

Why aren't they asked to provide proof for their justification? No, I don't have the full screen shot because I didn't know he will come up with something like this. What if it's not a theory and it is the truth? From the screenshot provided, you were driving a car. You then got outside and went to him. And in 5 seconds, you are dead. I can think of it as you were trying to make him quiz whilst he was afk. Your screenshot doesn't show the player's name and the hourglass symbol which would show if the player is afk. This leads to the absence of proper evidence that the death-match was intentional. Besides, he cannot justify it with an evidence if he was afk.

But, he has not. And he says that you were helping wanted players but, I cannot find anyone wanted in the mini-map in both of the scenarios. I'll consider this as a poor defense and eslam has abused cuffs. Therefore, an official warning will be added to his account considering his experience and it happened more than once.
Same case in the east beach where I went to buy supplies from the Claude and I found him there. I even did /ta and there was no other Terrorists member there. Why was I cuffed there?
