I expected this report, so lets take it from the top here.

At 3:05 in the video, you can see me parked in the middle of the street. See, I was going to help Network, a new Pagati recruit. We have a rule in Pagati: Never leave a brother behind. I was trying to get him to safety. However, I noticed he was about to leave LSA, so you see me back up and turn around. Now, I'm trying to follow Network to get him to safety. You're following Network to kill him. As I'm doing my 3-point point, your driver VanteDA slams into my car. Not only should he be the one reporting it as he was driving, but he clearly hit ME as I turned around. We then see me take off in one direct, and you in another.

3:23: Again, watch the minimap here. Both of us are chasing Network, and I'm behind you, but notice I stopped and you kept going. This is because Network turned around, we we're attempting to meet in the area you're passing here. You continue on up towards the main road.

3:30: I am clearly stopped to meet with Network, and you and VanteDA are going away from us. And you can see on the minimap that Network indeed met me here.

3:42: you're now coming back toward us. My car is in a bad spot, and Network, being on a bike, is able to get away much faster than I can given I'm in a bulky car. Now granted yes I did fire here, I was trying to look to my right to see you, but you can tell I'm not trying to hit you, nor do I keep firing once I begin moving away. Problem here is, VanteDA drives RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME as I'm trying to leave. Like it's obvious I am trying to get moving again to go help Network. Yet you accuse me of ramming you on main chat while your driver is the one ramming me. I did reverse, but I was trying to get out of your damn way. Your driver was repeatedly hitting me, and I'm clearly just trying to move the fuck on.

4:56: Look at the lag difference between us. I'm trying to hit you, you're shooting me... but the bullets aren't hitting. It's pretty clear one of us is lagging hard. In fact on my screen, that whole fight you were on the ground, on your back, sliding around like you had used /fall. I'm assuming when Network tazed you that the animation remained while I was fighting you, which I apologized for on discord when I got the video an hour ago. Not sure why you bothered bringing it up after I apologized, but that just shows you're rather immature.

Now, here are a few things I wanna bring up.

1: I like said, Pagati doesn't believe in leaving our people behind. We shouldn't bitch others while helping our guys, but trying to get them into a better vehicle or something to assist them is one of our principles, and being the Don I have a duty to protect my people.

2: I'm not ramming you. I'm doing the same as you, trying to follow Network. I have a big bulky car in a tight alleyway, you're both on bikes. It's much harder for me to turn that giant car around than it is for you on bikes to turn around. When two people are following the same person in the same tight area, it's expected that you might bump into each other once or twice.

3: If I was trying to ram you, like really ram you to bitch, believe me you'd know because I would slam into your bike at full speed over and over and over and over again.

5: If you read chat... I clearly told you I was trying to help my guy. I wasn't ramming you, your driver got in my damn way TWICE. Now I'm mature enough to forgive that because I understand people get bumped into when you're both after the same person in the same space. I suggest you do that same.

Edit: If Bex, Nyut, or Warehit wanna speak to me about our earlier conversation, please DM me. Rewatching the video I noticed this is actually an entirely different occurance to the one I thought we we're talking about.

This section is intended to tackle rule-breaking offenses, so I'll steer clear of the chit chats and focus on the reported offenses. The first issue to address is that Rollen's video got some low quality, causing it to be difficult for us to analyze what took place.

The ramming part is by far not enough to report someone for. This is minor, and the true offense that deserves punishment is when a user persistently targets you and blocks your gameplay for an extended period of time.

The deathmatching part is also hard to conclude from your video, can't be certain if shots landed on you and we do not even know if Vandeta did not have a hit at that time.

I'd still take this opportunity to tell Karuminska not to over-consider the said 'protect duty' to the point where rule breaks may take place.
