Since you closed the topic and I couldn't reply, I do it now.

Well I'm totally on Mooses side. As soon as I saw the ignorant answer from IDontCare, that he doesn't care that he may get reported, instead of discussing the issue, I can see that he doesn't really care for rule abiding. It is known that you CANNOT leave innocent suspect cuffed and walk away from him, either hitman or not while you have a hit. If he is chasing you run, fight back, drive by him, whatever you like, but this is clearly a fair rulebreak that I wouldn't expect from such a player.

I'm going to take away tag from IDontCare, because I can't allow that such thing goes unpunished and when is clearly stated that you may not do this, and instead of discussing the issue, IDontCare denied him all that time.

Tag is taken with 3 days ban and you may apply again in 2 weeks.

It's true, I don't care, after all, It is just a game, a way to spend the time with some fun.
Please define "care that he may get reported" and "get reported". I am not everybody, guilty as charged.
Sooner or later I will get reported just like now. It is not when, It is just sometime. I would care to get reported if I might lose something which has a value or if I would do something with bad intentions. Since it is a game and like any game, it can be replaced and I didn't mean harm or degrade in any way I can't lose anything. I admit, It might be little hard to find a community with the exact same qualities but it can also be replaced.
Every coin has two sides, so here we have get false reported and get true reported.

As I mentioned there, I didn't have any cakes left. You can't expect from me to ( you can but I won't ) take the words "cuff abuse", "cant cuff while hitted" and "got this on fraps nigga" serious.

He just tried to MURDER an officer of the law and I can't take his weapons away therefore he will remain cuffed.
As you can see, the moment he was auto un-cuffed he went straight to me, trying to murder me once again.
He is good in shooting, I am good at cuffing.
