Anything else: So, I don't usually report on peoples, but after I used /report on him and 3 admins were online and nobody respond, so I have to do it.
It started when he asked for a duel and I said to him yes, He started before the time so I cuffed and Arrest him, he started to rage in the main chat, and to say that I'm retard etc..
So, afterwards I told him, why you are angry, mad boy, etc..
After this, he started to insult my mom, N.Ali has warned him, and he kept to do this.
He wrote after it in the main chat, it was a mistake what happened last night (Like with my momter) so I sent him a PM what happened last night, and as you can see in the proofs " that he fucked my mom". Yes I know that is a 18+ game, but he did it couple of times, and you can ask N.Ali for this.
And again (Doing it for my brother) he doesn't know how do to it.

when you said to me if im going to report on you you didnt even care, after 3times that you insulted me(My mom) in the chat you also insulted me in pm's. dont say sorry now after couple of times N.ali told you not to involve mom/dad to that game and you ignored it.
