Why does he deserve to win the award:
Koko is a very respectful person in general, he has a very special set of skills as a SWAT member, he contributes and has contributed to SWAT for a long time and does his job as a Warrant Officer in game and on the forums as well, despite the servers inactivity, he spends his time as a SWAT Officer and keeps positivity around the server, and thus this is the reason why I believe he is, and has been one of the best SWAT Officers of 2023 by far.
