Defence: hey, first i want to say that i'm sorry for that, it was just a miss-press
i have cheats already installed (i'm cheating in death matching servers) i just forgot to remove it because i had a time playing death matching servers, then i did this miss press i got my armor refiled, that's it
i hope that i explained it clearly and thx

Hi,
The fact that you said you have cheats installed is enough to ban you to begin with, you shouldn't have any illegal modifications at all on your PC. It's impossible for us to know whether you are using them in this server too or not, and in this case you did use one and got auto-banned. I highly doubt this was a 'mispress' but nonetheless it's your fault as I said above.
We appreciate your honesty, but unfortunately the ban will not be lifted. You may try re-applying in 6 months (that's only if you don't attempt to evade it) but for now your ban is permanent.
