That's the weirdest looking water cannon I've ever seen...
If the water cannon had been your only rule violation, I might consider lowering the ban time. As that's not the case, the ban will remain until it expires. Please also keep in mind that saying another person did the things on your account is not a valid excuse, for you are responsible for your account.
