Defence: Photoshop opened as i accidently pressed enter into an army truck instead of my maverick. (Great) and maximised GTA:SA again and got the picture. YOU ARE BANNED!

Sorry for posting, but in my early moments in LSRCR I was ban for the same thing - army vehicle theft. In my case it was an Army Hunter. The auto-ban system said it was cheats, that time i had ~200 ping and i was able to drive it some how, this is what Energ told me. Only if you stay for a while in it. For example in this case Alex alt tabbed, in-game he stays in the vehicle and got him banned. This is to prevent hackers who bypass the restriction for using the vehicle. I hope this cleared things up.
