You were banned by [Lsrcr]Nelis. You're also on a temporary ban, meaning you should wait it out. And as for you telling us what the proper action would be, please don't. You're a previously tagged member and you should definitely know that you're supposed to speak English in the main chat. Mutes and warnings are mostly given to players who are unaware of this, but it's quite the contrary here, you're completely aware of this rule yet you still break it.
