Defense: Hello, I'm basically a member of this community since 2015 and I'm not really an old member just more than a half-year old member. Today, one of my friend told me that there's a ban placed on my account (He saw it on UCP) and when he told me this, I thought he's joking but unfortunately he wasn't. I tried to change my IP Address multiple times as I thought that its related to my shared network and tried to join the game more than 6 times but nothing happened. At this moment, you can't imagine how and what I was thinking, I was mad as hell but immediately I called one of my friend Greatsan on teamspeak, I know him in real life and told him about this and at the same time he called an administrator to check if there's a misunderstanding but as he (the admin) told us that there wasn't. He (the admin) told me to create an unban appeal but before that I wanted to confirm from the banning administrator "HunTer1" that if it's really a correct ban or just a misunderstanding so I asked him (the admin) to call hunter on teamspeak, which he did.
I really felt bad when HunTer1 joined teamspeak because he was acting rude. He wasn't even listening to us and was acting like he don't care about anything. I tried to prove myself that there's no hacks on my PC and he can use FileSystem Logs viewer to check whether there was any file like 'Proaim.cs' (HunTer1 told me that there's a file, named as 'Proaim.cs') on my PC or not but he wasn't taking it serious and was just saying that he's not going to help nor going to remove the ban, like he don't care about anything. (Gs was helping me actually in this case, he was talking to him)
After all, he acted rude as hell but I really don't mind because it is the job of an administrator, but most of the time I think they should listen to us. Anyways with the help of Gs, I've gathered all the logs and some important stuff which can help me prove myself that I'm not using any hacks, and also I haven't got any cleo on my PC. Take a look at these screenshots one by one.

In this screenshot, you can clearly see that there's nothing like hacking, not even the folder of CLEO because I haven't installed any yet. There's one thing which is interesting is "Cheats.doc" but they are client-sided cheats and the document was inside the game from the start, I mean, when I downloaded the game. I know you're going to say that it could be something that I deleted the folder myself but don't worry, your doubt will be vanish on next screenshot.

In this screenshot, you can see that there's no Previous file system history of this folder "cleo" and the current folder from which I'm checking is created by myself at the same time because we can't check history until there's a folder with same name exists. Same goes with the second screenshot that there's no previous version of Proaim.cs, the current one is created by myself to check/find the old file which HunTer1 is claiming that I deleted myself.
"cleo" folder and "Proaim.cs" file, is created by myself to view the Previous history to prove whether there was any file/folder or not, which you can clearly see that there's no previous version means I haven't deleted/modified any file/folder.
Now my question is why would I use hacks after getting tag? I love this community and I know the rules perfectly, I'll never do anything to get my account at risk and I can just say that this ban is completely unfair and I want some senior level investigation. I'll be happy if admins will not lock this instantly.
NOTE: I haven't wrote all of this alone, Gs helped me and corrected me in some sentences.

I started to read lies from the first lines so I decided to ignore the rest of it.
I banned "[Lsrcr]Wayne" account because I myself witnessed Aimbot usage ( I'm good enough at finding Aimbotters, So don't say I might mistaken it) . I will not at any point unban that account.
