Defence: Hello, i take banned for ban evasion first thing this not my account and when i open my ucp there was message says waring some one his ip like me and there are account like my name and this is not a reason to give me banned because the name like me.

There's too much evidence against you, so I'm afraid that your ban remains and you will not be unbanned.
Ls-rcr does not unban cheaters.
I know you joined back on xxmakoxx to play legit this time round and you managed to get yourself S.W.A.T - but I cannot excuse the fact that you cheated multiple times before that.
You will not be unbanned as we do not unban cheaters - sorry.
