DOCUMENT: S.W.A.T. EVENT OFFICERS


Definition:

  • Under general direction, coordinates and plans special events and activities to enhance communications programs;
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Currently available only for SPC+ ranks.
  • Available only by submitting a request for accession to this position.

Special Event Coordination:

  • Plans, organizes, coordinates, and facilitates special events;
  • Schedules and maintains communication with S.W.A.T. ™ members, Admins, and participants;
  • Coordinates and monitors event timelines;
  • Reviews and analyzes evaluations;
  • Assists in preparing a variety of publications, materials, and programs for events;
  • Acts as prime source for promotion of activities and special events;
  • Creates topics in S.W.A.T. main forum with all information regarding upcoming event.
  • Has ideas and thoughts for new events.
