Making A Successful Group

  • 1.Make sure you have a couple of people to start this group with you. Don't start

flying solo, you will find these groups are not as successful if you start off just you,

because then no-one can help you at the start with the format of the group layout.

    2. Make sure you think this through if you actually want a group. Will you be active

enough? Do you personally think you will get alot of members. Are there a point to this

    group?

    3. When you are making the format of your group, these are the things you should add:
    ___________________________________________________________________________________________

    Code: Select all
    •A photo representing your group.
•Information about your group. Try making 6 or more lines. I find the more effort you put into the description, the more people are willing to join.
    • Any partnerships you got with people?
    • What are the rules of your group?
    • How to apply.

    4. Make sure to tell people about it. Don't spam it on mainchat or anything but just sometimes bring it up if you are having a conversation
    ___________________________________________________________________________________________

    5. Never just blatently accept people to the group. Take time to read their application. Do not look as if you are desparate for members. This will just drag people away from the group
    ___________________________________________________________________________________________

    6. Make sure to leave a couple of comments saying "Reserved for Acheivements" etc.
    ___________________________________________________________________________________________

    7. Make sure your group is active. If you are not active then everyone else will get a bad impression and leave.[/b][/i]
