HELP - Wheels mod

Basically, I tried to install some wheels mods (.dff files) by importing them to gta3.img, as the instructions said. The problem is that the wheels (tires) as still the same, nothing changed... Can someone help me?

Maybe try re installing?or go to website from where you downloaded the mod.

Get "IMG Tool" and open gta3.img file then look at the options in the top "File" and go to "Search" search the file you want to change (There's 2 files always) then "Command" "Re-Build Archive" wait until it uploads and you're good.(Make sure GTA is closed)

Use Spark IMG editor its best instead of IMG Tool.

I use Spark IMG, same shit with others but still not working...
