Hey, it would be great if you remove your email in this matter, since it's very confidential.

If you can't create a support ticket on your account, try to press forgot password (I'm inot really sure with this one, i haven't tried once). One thing is for sure, it is to make a support ticket. Create a new account so that you can make a supporting ticket. Put all the details needed most specially the verification.
