The key word was everyone there is no almost - the PS4 is locked at 60fps THUS 60hz - Also it's HDMI to back that up.

Anyone who tells people their PS4 looks smoother on a 144hz monitor is dumb and so are the people who think "My 144hz monitor gives me an advantage when we all play at the same refresh rates."

I said almost everyone because I'm pretty sure there are people playing on under 60hz
