As far as I remember, I think this one was denied due to the "lag"(maybe) it causes.

I see all of the topic is locked. I'll await for commander's reply on mine. It's useful suggestion well and it help us to catching anyone easily.
especially those times while we're on helicopter and the suspect is on the building, If we use the rope we'll reach the rooftop.
