A couple of years ago, there was a program introduced for this particular reason, promoting good relations between the two factions and offering a chance to experience all the fun and interesting things each Faction has to offer.
Associate program was discussed for a decent time among faction leaders and it was introduced under a well thought conditions with all necessary formalities. However, as time passed, both faction leaders realised that the outcome wasn't really the results everyone had hopes for. Complaints started rising up and there was no option left other than shutting down the program.
This suggestion is slightly different than what's stated above, if such program is to be re-introduced, there should always be a procedure to follow and on these conditions, it's too much work for too little outcome that the past does not reassure us about.
Furthermore, our faction is known for teamwork and we have no intention in taking a decision that would disregard such attachement.
