Okay, that makes sense but why does SSB not affect the other cars around?

SSB already has numerous features which are considered enough to take down a team of criminals. To avoid getting arrested the last resort a criminal has is to /lock himself inside the car. I think auto unlocking all cars in range would be too much of an advantage. This is not needed now, maybe in the far future this might be considered.
