no damage taken by swat vehicles - Not approved

Suggestion : swat vehicles take no damage from other enforcers when a suspect is dragged
explanation : swat vehicles don't get any car damage or popped tires by other enforcers when a suspect is dragged .. this mainly happens by mistake due to the appearance of swats having a dragged suspect on map as a suspect only ( no cyan colour) and sometimes when a cop is mad at swats or perhaps doesn't understand what swats do so he keeps shooting
reason : it's very ridiculous having a dragged suspect and the vehicle explodes ... this causes troube for swats ( sometimes cops just steal ) ... if the member is solo ... he won't be able to secure the suspect in order to get another vehicle ... I think it's necessary ... thank you
