It's not my job to judge server rulebreaks, nor am I qualified to do so.

Server punishments do not affect army status. No army member is to be removed from the team, unless the given ban is permanent. If any significant server rule is to be broken in the army skin, the Army High Command will take proper action against the perpetrator, which in severe cases, may cause suspension or removal from the army team.

I doubt this is counted as a 'significant' server rule that was broken.
However, if the Administrators who are (unlike me) qualified to judge this believe it's indeed more serious action might be taken against the reported players. This fully depends on the Administrators' decision regarding the other report.

iActoroes and Youssee, I understand there's nothing written against it and that it might be annoying to have unwanted passengers sometime, but this isn't really the style you should go with if you ask me.
