Additional information: First, i /dragged suspect :e.e: in my S.W.A.T. helicopter vehicle, then i found Counterman running and /Pulled him then Un-cuffed him, i didn't expect that he will do that, so when he did it, i started taking screenshots.
I continued chasing E.e then i /tazed him & /cuffed him then i found Counterman once more /Un-cuffing him and killed him, then E.e told him :ty: as you can see in your proofs, and the proofs explains everything. Thanks!
