Additional information: I was talking with one of the swat member about him and he said it's not his first time, I was trying to talk with Uncen but he was ignoring me, well you are a high rank here and you should follow the rules and not do whatever you want in this faction.

After a discussion with Army High Commanders, we've decided to not taking actions against Uncen.

No action will be taken!
