The Tutorial can be found here, I made it escpecially for Akatsuki:

At this skin pack, which I found randomly, you can find every possible skin for Akatsuki members and for some non-members of it. It contains a large ammount of skins, which you might like. Check the Video to find your favourite skin and the tutorial to install it!

If you have problems with tutorial, drop me a PM and I will try to help you as much as I can by making it easier to understand.

Note: If you think that Skin Selector is needed, you're wrong, you can use IMG editors which is much easier than Skin Selector!
