I've cuffed people who aren't exactly close to me myself, ideally you should have to stand right beside them, like rape range if anything.

Cuff range is short, the pic you showed isn' even realistic, you should be really close in order to cuff someone. You can't get cuffed by a cop who's in the opposite side of the road.

Stop trying to make cops less powerful just because you hate getting arrested. But hey, 95% of the cops here are using taze first, and you are not suggesting to reduce taze's range but only cuff's. Yeah..
