No! it'll make the kidnapper class without any purpose, why would I play as kidnapper if I have to ask poeple to G? I see it's limited enough since there's a long cool down timer when it fails also the possibility of failure is waay high not to mention that I can /dkidnap someone when he's surrounded by 2 players or more. Always carry a razor or get ready to spend your money.
Removing /dkidnap wont solve anything. However, removing /dkidnap from any LEO's or any civillians in a vehicle is the solution. But, that would need to raise the chances for /dkidnap to work.

We unlock dkidnap after many struggles. 500 isn't easy, took me over 2 months so no.
Why do you leos want this server fucking LSCR only? why dont want challenges and fun? Remove /dkidnap i meant are you serious?

And extending the period of kidnapping again.
Most of the time we fail to dkidnap, it's chances are already very less, not needed at all.
