Why should it be accepted: some forum users doesn't want others to quote their words, templates etc, so it'd be better to add this opition, I personally wanna explain it with an easy way, as a staff member or even a tester, I have to post the testing/accepting/denying templates and there will be an access to everyone in copying them which isn't cool.

I agree, just add ‘disable quote’ option like we have for bbcodes/smilies in post/reply options.

Suggestion is okay-ish but this is much harder to implement than you’d think. Besides, you can copy-paste manually to quote anyway…
