If you dont know what a Lensflare is, it basically gets the sun to shine rays on your screen or sometimes dull rainbow colors on your Screen. If you still dont know what I mean, Take a look at these

Personally I dislike lens flare and bloom in every game I play, must admit it looks cool but I always get annoyed by it somehow.

Too much for GTA SA for me I like the SA theme so the quality fits the time period which for me makes me not care much for mods like this. Looks good just not something I would use.
