I like to cophunt and Do it everyday, Killing cops, Just I dont get guns except being Bounty. So i need to join a group who can provide me weapons. An in-game tester will come to you and will ask you for a test.

The test contains four parts;
-Rules
-Driving
-Shooting
-Special task.

After finishing the test, the tester will post your results and the members will vote for you.
The leaders will take their decision after couple of days.
