Notes(if any): he scaped the jail and i was following him in police skin , with any hesitation he just open the group gate and went in .. proofs are attached , he dont even know a single rule of group !! when i msg'd him that he is rulebreaking , he ignored me so i decided to report here !!

He is not a permanent member of the group so we can't take action against him, his group rights has been revoked.
