Akatsuki rules suggestions

Hello guys,

I'd like to add a few rules to the organisation and you're also free to suggest/discuss new rules which I might add to the list below:

- Akatsuki members may not /arrest other Akatsuki members.
- Usage of speedskins are not allowed.
- Akatsuki members may not /rob other Akatsuki members unless you need wanted levels, you have to give it back.

I like the not using speed skins one,
I think the not robbing one should be changed to not harming without a permission of both of them by harming I mean not robbing killing etc...
The arresting one is useless tbh.

Ive seen members arresting eachother id like to prevent that. As for the harming rule, will be changed.

I like this rule but I don't think it's going to be taken seriously.
