Why should it be accepted: Apparently, there's no way to know whether someone is participating in the event or not. I'm pretty sure that only event assistants/hosts can know about it, so why not let all participants know about it too.

**Note** /e list player commands & features shouldn't be allowed to all participants, we just need the list itself, nothing more.
