Why should it be accepted: The Jefferson Motel Riot is considered as a server event, so why not giving the ability to Event Organizers to turn the riot mode on and off.

I believe this should be accepted because those event organizers are trusted and mature enough in my eyes. While they are monitored by our Coordinator Fantastic.
