Importance of suggestion: 10/10 Why should it be accepted: Well, nowadays some players are tagging game administrators because hackers spams etc, As you all are made supporter role in our community why not create a role on discord, which channel the user would like to ask for help they will receive requests without any inconvenience from players that's it example:
Supporter functions: Helping players. If it is a normal service, that means if there is an aimbot hacker, you must inform the admin and wait for his response. If there is anyone available, he will log in and deal with the user, discord ownership should to create new channel for supporters and admins and create new role supporter also. for whoever are supporter member in our community that's it.
I know we talked on it a bit, but my idea is a bit more simple...
Create a role on the HAN discord for Supporters that can be pinged ( @Supporters) and those of us who are supporters could answer questions without a cooldown.
The main issue I keep seeing on the discord is that players are using #support to ping game admins, but it's often for very minor things like bugs, mod help, ect. It's things that don't really require an admin, a support could handle the questions just fine. A good example would be this...
A question any supporter could answer. No admin was really needed for this question. Having supporters handle questions on the HAN server would let admins focus on more important things such as hackers and game breaking issues.
