[Economy] Robbing money

I tend to agree with Fuckmehard; it's impossible LEO/criminal numbers to be completely balanced at all times, sometimes LEOs are more (most of the times), sometimes criminals (usually early times/night). There is always one cop who is going to destroy their robbing spree eventually, so we should give them the chance to make as much money as possible without such limitations. It looks like rest community members have the same opinion aswell.
