1. Able to put house on sale for "DPs" & "Jailcards"
- Purchase house option should include Donation Points & Jailcards option too.

2. Able to lock your house when you're inside the house.
- Cops can use /blowgate if there's any wanted inside.
- Police VIP, SWAT VIP & Army VIP will spawn with C4.
- C4 Should be available for free on Dillimore PD checkpoint.
- Civillians can also use /blowgate but they'll get wanted if they do so.

3. 4 DPs if we wish to donate for an existing user house in LV/SF since the main owner has already paid 6 DPs for a house icon. ( 6 DPs is the way too much since we just get a spawn and nothing else )
- 6 DPs for a house icon.
- 4 DPs if we wish to donate for an existing user house but if it has Custom interior or more, then 6 DPs )

4. Enable Auction section on UCP, don't know why it's disabled.
- House will be transferred to [Lsrcr]Auction's account as soon as the player put it on auction (To avoid attention seeking). Once you put it, you must sell it. There's no way back.

5. New donation item. "Guard" for house.
- This will reduce the probability of /blowgate command.
- If the owner is wanted inside his house, this guard will report information to house owner through PMs. For example.
PM from House_Guard(ID): There's a LEO in our area, be carefull when you exit.

PM from House_Guard(ID): There's a Civillian(ID) entering your house.

- Lsrcr Administration will set up the price for this but, however in my opinion, 5 DPs are okay.

The first suggestion is a really good idea.
The other suggestions about locking the house and guard donation item all look kinda abusive, since it might be very annoying to run into a house, lock your self and camp in there. You can't make the cops spawn with C4, because then they'd be able to also blow the other group gates. And once they blow the gate you can use /exith, escape and possibly break the gameplay for everyone.
Except the first suggestion, others look like you made them only for you to abuse from cops.

Locking house from inside can be abusive. That's why it got denied before so -1 for it.

Great suggestions, all of them. However, they require much work, so they will be put on hold for now.

They will probably get implemented, but not anytime soon.
