Importance of suggestion: 5/10 Why should it be accepted: So new Dkidnap is good but it has alot of restrictions. I think these updates should be made in order to improve DKidnap command.

"500 HP & You cannot drag" - Should be reduced to 400 HP because there are alot of rammers.
Dkidnap chances - I think chances of successful /dkidnap should be increase when you reach 500 Kidnap score. Below 500, i'm okay with current probability till then.
After all, successful /cutrope has more chances then successful /dkidnap - So i think these updates are needed. Vote on the poll & explain your opinion in comments box.

No, then everyone will start boosting their kidnap score in order to have more chances to have a successful /dkidnap. It's good as is

It is good like the way it is now. Players before used to boost to get 500 kidnaps, why wouldn't they know? Vehicle Health actually should be increase to some what of 650 instead of 500 since the vehicle explode at 249HP. Surrounding witness, it was added for a reason.
