Hello everyone, this topic is a tutorial on how to create your anime list using myanimelist website. There are 2 purposes for this topic:
1. Promotions
As you know the ranks in our group are based on the amount of anime that you have watched. If you think that you have watched a lot of anime then you can create an account on https://myanimelist.net/ and share your list (below i will show you how to create an anime list). We will give you a rank based on your anime list stats. So for example if your rank is Chibi but you have watched like 50 anime, then we will promote you to Senpai or higher. (we still need to decide the amount of watched anime for each rank.)
2. Discussion The second purpose of this topic is just for fun, here you can share your anime list and discuss animelist.net related things with other people (like showing your new animelist layout, etc...).
Step 2: At the top right corner you can find a Sign Up button. Click on it.
Step 3: It's very easy to sign up. Just enter your email adress, username and a password.
Step 4: Open your email, there should be a confirmation link for your anime list
Congratulations, now you have an account. All you need to do now is to create a list of your watched anime.
Step 5: Again at the top right corner of the website you can see your profile. Click on your username and then click on profile. (if you want a profile picture, then you can edit your profile in the settings)
Step 6: Under your profile picture you will see 2 buttons. Manga List and Anime List. If you read manga, then you can also create a manga list. For now just click on Anime List.
Step 7: This is a basic anime list layout. Later you can add a pretty background or make custom buttons. At the left side of your list, under your profile picture you can find a "quick add" button. Click on it.
Step 8: Find anime that you want to add. If you found your anime, click on "add". There you will see a lot of options. You don't need all of these options. Only Anime Status is required. Set the status to "Completed" if you have already finished the anime or set it to "Watching" if you are still watching it. - Dropped means that you stopped watching an anime and will not watch again. - On Hold means that you paused an anime for a while and will continue to watch in the future - If you want to watch an anime in the future, then you can use Plan To Watch status so that you don't have to keep the anime name in your head. - Score is optional, but you can rate anime from 1 to 10 if you want.
Step 9: When you are done with adding your anime, just close the popup window and refresh your anime list page. Your anime should be there.
Step 10: Copy the link of your anime link and paste it in this topic.
