Why should we accept this: I'ts much needed. We can't post certain things without being able to type preformatted (multi-line) messages.

Maybe allowing multi-lines in /w /b /me /do ? As its useful for roleplayers. It will look like this:
anfaengoaebokaenvaeknpiaebvieabgiaebgiaeobgiaeogbaiegba...
...aienfaiengaeipgnaeipgaegaepgpaegbaepgbapegbaeigbaiegbae

3 dots at the end of the first line and 3 dots at the first of the second line.

As for main chat, it can be annoying to few players.
A smartass comes, Re-write full two lines 3 times, "Nooo its not spam its 3 timess" But the chat get spammed lol.
