So what? They seem to offer a good variation here and I don't see why PHP is necessary when they offer some of these.

The projects i explored on freecodecamp don't require php but i believe php is essestial in web development, there might be PHP in further courses.

You should take a look at NodeJS! The things you can do with it is amazing.
