Here we can go to report other who dont even read the rules "Tester" How is you are a tester and gave invalid vote reason? I hope you read rules and every thing which about voting before vote on applications and I hope staff help me.

He mentionned active as cop but, as you can see its the reasons for saying low criminal activity cuz you’ve been a swat applicant and you play as cop all the time, correct me if I am wrong as that is what I see, he didn’t say unskilled, he said semi bad or something like that which clearly seems to be decent skills,
I suggest you to fix whatever problem you have together and will speak to grizzly to be careful with his vote in the future.
