Blackouts - Rules

1. You're not allowed to park your own vehicle inside the base except The boss.

2. Do not use commands that can hurt/harm your group members For example
/rape, /rob, /kidnap, etc.

3. You must follow all the orders given by The boss and higher ranks.

4. You are not allowed to argue or fight with your group members, if you have a problem then simply report.

5. Leaving the group within 30 days after joining will lead you to a permanent blacklist.

6. You need 1500 score in general, 500 rob score, and 150 hours of playtime to join us.

7. You need to speak understandable English to join us.

8. Respect all group members and avoid heavy insulting in group chat.

9. Never break any server/forum rule.

10. Asking for promotion, being inactive, break any rule will lead to a Demotion

11. Applicants are not allowed to post anything on their own application.

12. Try not leaving the group vehicles outside the base, make sure to ask a higher rank to reset the vehicles if happens.

13. You are not allowed to carjack vehicles from your group members. If they're using them, Try asking them gently if they don't agree, then keep them driving.

14. You are allowed to communicate with a tester via Discord or ing, to take your test, but try not spam or flood their Pms because that can cause to an instant Deny to your apply

15. You must follow server rules, forum rules, And The boss orders (if you're in skin)

16. You are not allowed to change your skin from Blackouts skin to a Law Enforcement skin during a Cop-hunt that you are/were part of, you should pick a side before the Cop-Hunt starts. If you want to change your skin during an Active Cop-Hunt, you should wait until the Cop-hunt ends first so you can change your skin to whatever you want.

17. You can go AFK inside the base for as long as you want, But not near the spawn point or inside a parked group vehicle.

18. You're not allowed to copy someone else's application reason.

19. You're not allowed to copy your old application reason.

20. You are not allowed to close the gate, while you are being chased by a cop, however you may close the gate while cops are not nearby.

1. You may start voting on applications after the Test results are posted.

2. You're not allowed to quote a vote or copy someone else's vote.

3. You're not allowed to vote Negative for unknown attitude

4. You're not allowed to vote Negative for not teaming up with us.

5. You're not allowed to ask for votes on your application.

6. Trial members are not allowed to vote on applications
