First of all, I would like to congratulate Ackman for his immense effort in leading the group and making it best. He including the staff members have given their maximum effort in raising the group to a great height, it needs to be appreciated. I still remember Ackman who wasn't popular back, struggling here to make friends. Most of the community members avoided him because he's a newbie. But, later when he donated he got a lot of friends and fans in the server. And he came up with an idea of creating a crew, I still remember me and him finding the location for the base. But he dropped the plan and started a group instead. That's was a great decision by him or else Blackouts wouldn't be here on the server as a cop-hunting group. Later, I insisted him to make an agreement with Terrorists and it all went all good for months but after that, the agreement was broken. He was a good friend of mine and will be the same in the future as well. Even though we had many issues between groups, it didn't affect our friendship. I'm don't wanna make this a long story, so I'm concluding my words. All the best to Blackouts and let it reach more heights...
